The Admissions Team takes prospective and new families through the admissions process based on individual needs, providing support for families in their first school year.
Our basic learning and study group for this 2023-2024 academic year.
The composition is as follows:
- Montessori for toddlers- 1 nursery class
- Early Years Foundation Stage for Preschoolers – 1 reception class
How to Apply
The Admissions process begins with the completion of an enquiry form. This allows the Admissions Team to engage prospective families, clarify issues and furnish them with the requisite Application form.

ENROLLMENT & FEES
The payment terms apply to families whose child attends S.P.Christian International School East - Airport, Accra.
The school year begins on 14. August 2023 and ends on 21. June 2024.
The first billing semester begins on 01. August and ends on 31. January of the following year.
The second semester begins on 01. February and ends on 31. July.
In case of registration and deregistration during the year, the fee will be determined and calculated by the accounting department on a pro rata basis.
Invoices, reminders and other correspondence will be sent by email only.
Parent/guardian email addresses will be registered when children are enrolled. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform the school immediately of any changes in email addresses. Furthermore, they must ensure that the e-mails can be delivered. The legal guardians are obliged to observe the e-mails of the school.
When enrolling a child, a one-time registration and admission fee is charged. This is to be transferred to SPCIS account shortly after submission of the admission forms. A corresponding invoice will be sent to you.
A child is not considered admitted until the registration and admission fee has been receive The registration and admission fee are not refundable in any form or creditable against any other fees.

Upon remittance of the registration and admission fee, your child is guaranteed a place in our kindergarten school.
The SPCIS reduces the admission fee by 25% for the second, 50% for the third child and 75% for the fourth child.This applies to tuition fees alone.

Admission fee:
The admission fee is paid once for a new student and is not refundable.
Sibling Discounts:
Sibling Discounts apply to tuition only. a discount of 10% is applied for second child. A 20% discount is applied for a third+ child. The highest possible discount is 20%.
A discount of 5% is obtained if fees are paid upfront for the academic year, on or before the first day first term
